(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(C) A violation of §§ 73.20, 73.21, or 73.35 through 73.42 shall constitute a misdemeanor, which shall be punished in accordance with Idaho Code Title 49 and §§ 49-1503 and 50-302. In that event, the maximum punishment for any offense shall be by a fine of not more than $1,000, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
