§ 73.21 EXHIBITS; DEMONSTRATIONS.

(A) Nothing in this subchapter shall prohibit the Mayor and/or City Council from allowing bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, human-powered scooters, or other toy vehicles to serve as exhibits or demonstrations.

(B) Such exhibits or demonstrations shall be by permit or other ordinance only.
