§ 73.35 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. Any two-wheeled vehicle with a tandem arrangement of the wheels, containing a saddle or seat for the rider, steering handles, pedals, and cranks or levers for its propulsion by the feet.
