(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) If any person violate the provisions of § 96.01, that person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by fine not more than $200 per violation, by the Municipal Court of the city. Each day the unpermitted actions shall take place, or any sprinkler system or part of such a system shall be on any part of the right-of-way, without the permission of the city in accordance with this section shall constitute a separate violation.
(C) Persons who violate § 96.15 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 per occurrence.
(D) Violations of ballfield regulations are set forth in § 96.36.
(E) Any person violating the provision of § 96.37 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction in the Municipal Court shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $200.
(F) Any person violating the provision of § 96.02 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor. Each day the violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
