§ 96.36  BALLFIELD REQUIREMENTS.
   The following ballfield requirements will be posted at all ballfields.
   “BALLFIELD REQUIREMENTS:
      1.   All qualified organizations wishing to obtain a seasonal permit must submit a master schedule to City Hall prior to start of season.
      2.   Users not belonging to a qualified organization wishing to reserve a field for a particular time and date will be required to get a permit from City Hall.
      3.   Daytime use of fields will be available for non-permit holders on a first-come first-serve basis or when fields are not being used by a permit holder at their scheduled time.
      4.   Violators of this policy will be prosecuted in accordance to Ordinance No. 18-97.
      5.   The city reserves the right to over-ride any or all scheduling at any time.
      6.   Any person or persons caught violating any provision of this ordinance, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine as provided on a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time, or suspension from use of facilities for any length of time deemed reasonable by the Municipal Court of Wake Village, Texas.”
