Any vehicle which is parked, left, abandoned, or junked in violation of Sections §§ 93.01, 93.02, 93.03, or 93.05 of this chapter may be taken into custody, when that vehicle is an obstruction to traffic, or is abandoned as defined by the Texas Transportation Code or Texas Penal Code, and may be disposed of as is further determined by that ordinance.
