§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall hereafter violate any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.08 shall be assessed a penalty of $25, and shall comply with the provisions of this subchapter before being permitted to proceed with the undertaking commenced by him or her.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.19 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the city shall be fined not more than $200.  Each day of any such violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 91.20 and 91.21 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, fined an amount not to exceed $500 for each violation.
   (E)   Any person maintaining a nuisance as set forth in § 91.32 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500, and each and every day the nuisance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
