The number of off-street parking spaces for each facility, establishment, or use shall be determined by application of the standards noted in Schedule 1151.07.

(a) A minimum of five (5) spaces is required for each facility other than one-family detached dwellings or cluster one-family detached dwellings. (b) For specific buildings or uses not scheduled above, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall apply the unit of measurement set forth in the above schedule which is deemed to be most similar to the proposed use. (c) Specific requirements shall be based on requirements for similar uses, location of proposed use, surrounding land uses, expected demand and traffic generated by the proposed use, and appropriate traffic engineering and planning criteria and information. |
