§ 56.10 WCTV VIDEO VENDOR ADVERTISING.

   (A)   The Director of Public Service may provide a Video Vendor Channel as part of the cable television service provided for in §§ 50.13 and 50.14 of this chapter. Advertising rates for the Video Vendor Channel shall be as follows:

   (B)   Weather channel crawl - $10.00 per week.

   (C)   $1.00 per day/$10.00 minimum purchase and WCTV not able to refund for cable outages less than two full days. Months with less or more than 30 days may be adjusted accordingly.
