(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A violation of §§ 150.01 through 150.03 of this chapter is a misdemeanor.

(C) Whoever shall fail to comply with the provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.21 of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be subject to those penalties contained in the state statute, as now exists or is later amended.
