§ 150.03 PERMITS AND FEES.
   (A)   The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be as authorized by M.S. § 326B.151, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (B)   Permit fees shall be established by resolution of the City Council. In addition, a surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by this code in accordance with M.S. § 326B.148, as it may be amended from time to time.
