(A) It shall be the duty of the Street Superintendent or Chief of Police, or their designated representatives, to enforce this subchapter.
(B) Inspection will take place every spring of the new year and will be completed no later than June 1 in conjunction with the current sidewalk inspections.
(C) Any owner not in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter shall be sent notification of violation by certified mail with a 30-day time period for compliance commencing on the date of receipt of the certified notice.
