§ 92.50 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

   (A)   The provisions of §§ 92.02 through 92.09 shall be enforced by the Township Clerk, by the Deputy Township Clerk, or by a designee named by the Township Clerk, who shall have the authority to cite and issue a summons and complaint to any person who violates and/or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 92.02 through 92.09.

   (B)   The Chief of Police, or any police officer, shall have the authority to cite or issue a complaint to any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 92.20 through 92.29.
