§ 92.02 LICENSE AND REGISTRATION TAG REQUIRED.
   (A)   Any person who shall own, as defined herein, keep or harbor a dog of licensing age in the Township, in the month of January in each year, shall apply for and procure from the Township Clerk a license and official metal registration tag for each such dog so owned, kept or harbored.
   (B)   Any person who shall own, as defined herein, keep, feed or harbor a cat of licensing age in the Township, in the month of January in each year, shall apply for and procure from the Township Clerk a license and official metal registration tag for each such cat so owned, kept or harbored.
   (C)   Any person who owns, keeps, feeds or harbors a dog or cat of licensing age in the Township, at all times while the dog or cat is off of the premises of such owner, shall have some form of identification either on the body of such dog or cat or within the control and possession of the person who has such dog or cat under his or her control. Such identification may be in the form of the metal registration tag provided by the Township with the annual license, as computer identification chip installed on the body of the dog or cat or some other acceptable means of identification.
