§ 92.20 ANNUAL CANVASS.
   The Township Clerk shall annually cause a canvass to be made of all dogs and cats owned, kept or harbored within the limits of the Township. This census shall be completed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 4:19-15.16 and all reports made shall be as required under such statute.
