Membership on the library board or the board of directors of the Eastern Trail Museum or the board of directors of Vinita senior citizens or the Vinita chamber of commerce shall not serve to disqualify an otherwise qualified individual from simultaneously serving upon one or all of such boards while also serving on the Vinita city council.
