Any person pleading guilty, pleading no contest, being found guilty, or agreeing to be assessed an administrative fee for violation of a municipal ordinance or state statute, may be ordered at the discretion of the court to perform community service. Community service may be in addition to, or in place of, incarceration, fines, costs, administrative fees imposed by the court. Community service shall be performed in the service of departments of the city of Vinita or any public works controlled by the city of Vinita. (Ord. 3240, 7-6-2004)
