1-9-20: COURT PROCEDURE:

Except as otherwise provided for by law, the code of procedure in the municipal court shall be the same as is provided for by law for the trial of misdemeanors, including rules duly promulgated by the supreme court of Oklahoma and the court of criminal appeals of Oklahoma. (1986 Code § 12-26)
