1-9-14: COSTS TO DEFENDANT:
   A.   If judgment of conviction is entered, the Clerk of the Court shall tax the costs and penalty assessments to the defendant in the maximum amount then permitted by 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 27-126, as amended, or otherwise imposed by State law, plus the fees and mileage of jurors and witnesses, all of which the defendant shall pay, in addition to a fine that may be imposed.
   B.   In addition to the costs imposed by subsection A of this section, the following fees may be assessed to the defendant:
