This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the municipal court of the city, as put into operation by resolution duly passed on January 21, 1969, and filed in accordance with law, as authorized by 11 Oklahoma Statutes sections 27-101 and 27-102. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other ordinance of the city, the provisions of this chapter shall control. Said court shall be operative on and after February 1, 1969. (1986 Code § 12-1)
