Any officer, agent or employee who wilfully and knowingly violates the provisions of this chapter or of any code adopted herein, or any legal order or regulation made pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-9-13 of this title.
