1-8-3: CLAIMS AGAINST CITY:
No payroll or other claim shall be made unless in compliance with 62 Oklahoma Statutes section 304.1 et seq., or the governmental tort claims, or such other statute or provisions allowing a claim against the city. (1986 Code § 7-27)
