A final plat, neatly drawn in ink on tracing cloth or reproducible mylar shall be submitted to the office of the planning commission not less than ten (10) days before the planning commission meeting at which it is to be considered for final approval. At the same time, there shall be submitted five (5) complete sets of the proposed plans and specifications for all improvements; and one copy of the proposed plat restrictions. The final plat may be approved subject to stipulations and conditions recommended by the planning commission. Corrected final improvement plans and specifications (as-built plans) shall be filed with the planning commission. (Ord., 6-1976)
