A violation of this title shall be deemed to be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 3036, 3-5-1996)
