A. A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the Office of the Codes Enforcement Officer of the City of Vinita, Oklahoma, being marked and designated as the International Building Code, 2015 edition, or most current edition thereafter, and as hereafter amended from time to time, including appendix chapters C through H, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City of Vinita, in the State of Oklahoma, for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Building Code on file in the Office of the Codes Enforcement Officer of the City of Vinita are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B of this section.
