8-1-9: WASTING WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to waste water, gas, electricity or any other commodity or service secured from a city owned utility, whether by faulty installations or parts thereof or otherwise. (1986 Code § 18-10)
