8-1-5: USE OF UTILITY SERVICES; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use water, gas, electricity or any other commodity or service provided by a city owned utility except in the manner and at such time as may be permitted by the ordinances of the city. (1986 Code § 18-7)
