Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected, by any decision of the board of adjustment who is of the opinion that a decision of the board of adjustment is illegal may appeal to the appropriate district court in the manner as provided in 3 Oklahoma Statutes section 111. (Ord. 3118, 10-5-1999)
