A. Placement In Alleys: All electric light and telephone poles hereafter erected, set or reset shall be erected and set in the alleys of the city, and in no case shall the same be erected or set upon the streets or parkways of the city. (1986 Code § 19-60)
B. Height Of Poles: All telephone poles and electric light poles hereafter erected or set in the alleys or on the public grounds of the city shall be of good quality and of sufficient height that the wire strung thereon shall be at least thirty feet (30') above the level of the ground.
