6-1-23: MUNICIPAL COURT SESSIONS:
From the effective date of this chapter, the judge of the municipal court shall conduct a session of the municipal court at least once every sixteen (16) days. Notice of such sessions shall be given as prescribed in 25 Oklahoma Statutes sections 301 through 312 of the Oklahoma open meeting act. (1986 Code § 20-140)
