6-1-8: DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS; SAFETY ZONES:
   A.   Sidewalks: The driver of a vehicle shall not drive upon a sidewalk or within any sidewalk area except at a permanent or temporary driveway. (1986 Code § 20-62)
   B.   Safety Zones: No vehicle shall at any time be driven through or within a safety zone or island. (1986 Code § 20-73)
