Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter is guilty of an offense, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-9-13 of this code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which a violation continues constitutes a separate violation. (1986 Code § 11-12; amd. 2005 Code)
