4-2-1: OBSTRUCTING HEALTH OFFICER:
It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully obstruct or interfere with any health officer or physician charged with the enforcement of the health laws of the city, or the state of Oklahoma. (1986 Code § 11-8)
