§ 72.029 PRISONER OF WAR AND DISABLED VETERANS PARKING.
   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and empowered to enforce prisoner of war and disabled veterans parking designations on public streets.
   (A)   For the purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
      DISABLED VETERAN. An individual certified to be a disabled veteran by the State Department of Veteran's Affairs.
      PRISONER OF WAR. An individual certified to have been a prisoner of war by the State Department of Veteran's Affairs.
   (B)   Sections 72.040 through 72.044 and § 72.046 shall apply unless there be specific conflict, and in that instance § 72.028 shall prevail and apply.
   (C)   Section 72.045(A)(2)(3)(4)(5) and (B) shall apply, but § 72.045(A)(1) shall not apply.
