§ 72.045 PERMIT REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The following regulations shall be in effect:
      (1)   A permit shall be issued only when there is a lack of off-street parking at the applicant's place of residence. ADEQUATE OFF-STREET PARKING shall be defined as space for one automobile including adequate access to that space.
      (2)   Permits are restricted to one per residence.
      (3)   Permits are valid only for the calendar year in which they are issued.
      (4)   Private parking spaces to be used for passenger vehicles only.
      (5)   Private parking spaces may not be subleased or rented, for consideration or gratuitously, so individuals outside the applicant's household.
   (B)   Violation of these regulations of any other provisions of this subchapter and section shall result in immediate revocation of the permit by the Board of Public Works and Safety with forfeiture of all fees paid.
