§ 72.040 INFORMATION CONTAINED ON PERMIT.

   The permit provided for in this subchapter shall contain the following information:

   (A)   Number of permit;

   (B)   Name and address of person to whom permit is issued;

   (C)   Year, make and license number of vehicle authorized to use the space; and

   (D)   Month and date of issuance and date of expiration if other than December 31, of the year of issuance.
