§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates §§ 96.02 or 96.03 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. On a second offense, the offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day that a violation exists after the initial 5-day warning period shall be considered a separate offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 96.04 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall also be assessed any costs incurred accruing to the city from the disposal.
   (C)   Whoever fails to comply with § 96.06 by failing to remove or conceal the junk vehicle within 10 days of the notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. The city shall remove the vehicle at the cost of the property owner. The owner of the vehicle shall retrieve the vehicle within 30 days and all fines including towing and storage costs shall be paid before the vehicle will be released. After 30 days the vehicle will be considered an abandoned motor vehicle and disposed by law, and the total costs shall be certified to the County Auditor to be assessed against the property and collected as other taxes are collected as other taxes are collected.

   (D)   Whoever violates § 96.10 shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
   (E)   Whoever violates § 96.11 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

   (F)   Whoever violates §§ 96.12, 96.13, 96.14, 96.18, or 96.19 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (G)   Whoever violates § 96.15 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and of a fourth degree misdemeanor on each subsequent offense.
   (H)   Whoever violates § 96.16 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

   (I)   Whoever violates § 96.20 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 on a first offense, and on each subsequent offense shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250 and may be imprisoned for not more than 30 days.

   (J)   Whoever violates § 96.21 shall be fined $75, which shall be doubled if not paid within ten business days of the citation. Code Enforcement Personnel or any officer of the Police Department may enforce § 96.21.
   (K)   Whoever violates § 96.26 shall be fined not more than $150. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
