All curbside trash collection shall be done through each ward on the same day as that ward does its recycling collection through the Van Wert County Recycling Center. All solid waste items are to be placed in secure trash bags or plastic containers to prevent items from being disturbed prior to pick up schedule. No solid waste items can be left curbside on days other than scheduled days.
