§ 96.20 CAMPING AND USING VEHICLES FOR LIVING QUARTERS IN THE CITY.
   (A)   Definitions.
      (1)   MOBILE DWELLING UNIT. Living quarters such as house trailers, truck bodies, tents, motor homes, campers, bus bodies, railroad cars, shacks and any improvised shelter which can be moved by tractor, truck, automobile, or horsepower, or can be carried, transported, or towed from 1 place to another without the use of regular house-moving equipment.
      (2)   USE FOR LIVING QUARTERS. Such acts as sleeping, changing clothes, bathing, dishwashing, laundering clothing and any other activity which generates waste materials.
   (B)   Prohibitions. It shall be unlawful to occupy, maintain or permit to be occupied or maintained any mobile dwelling unit used for living quarters within the corporate limits of the city.
   (C)   Exemptions. The prohibition in division (B) above shall not apply to a house trailer or mobile home situated in a legally established mobile home park operating under proper license.
