(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) (1) The violation of any provision of §§ 151.01 through 151.18 shall constitute a misdemeanor, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
(2) In addition to the penalty established by division (B)(1) above, and the remedies provided by other provisions of this subchapter, violation of any provision of §§ 151.01 through 151.18 may be enforced by an appropriate equitable remedy issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
