1-5-1: Fiscal Year; Division Into Quarters

1-5-1: FISCAL YEAR; DIVISION INTO QUARTERS:
The fiscal year is hereby divided into quarters, the same to begin and end as follows: the first quarter shall begin on January 1 and end on March 31; the second quarter shall begin on April 1 and end on June 30; the third quarter shall begin on July 1 and end on September 30; and the fourth quarter shall begin on October 1 and end on December 31. (Ord. 35, 10-23-1911; amd. 1999 Code)
1-5-2: CORPORATE SEAL:
   A.   Established; Described: A Seal is hereby established and declared to be the Corporate Seal of the Town. Said Seal shall be in a form and shall have the words "Town of Valier, Pondera County, Montana" on the outer circle and on the interior the words, "Corporate Seal".
   B.   Use Of Seal: Said Seal shall be used in all cases in which, by the laws of the State of Montana, or the provisions of this Code, or the laws or customs of nations, it shall be necessary to use the same.
