In addition to other disciplinary actions provided for herein:
(a) Any employee who violates Section 155.03 shall be subject to disciplinary action up to discharge;
(b) Any employee who violates Section 155.04 (a) shall be subject to disciplinary action but not discharge;
(c) Any employee who is convicted of a violation of a criminal drug offense as stated in Section 155.04 (b) shall be subject to disciplinary action up to discharge; and
(d) Any employee who fails to seek or successfully complete the rehabilitation and counseling provided for in Section 155.06 shall be discharged.
