(a) Employees shall not possess, sell or use illegal drugs or controlled substances, nor abuse prescribed drugs, while on the job or on City property.
(b) Employees shall not report to work under the influence of illegal drugs or other than prescribed drugs which shall be reported to their supervisors.
(c) Employees shall not report to work under the influence of alcohol or possess or consume alcohol while on the job.
