155.04 DRUG CHARGES AND CONVICTIONS.
   (a)    Any employee charged with the violation of a criminal drug offense shall notify the Director of Administration immediately.
   (b)    Employees convicted of criminal drug offenses shall be subject to disciplinary action up to discharge.
