For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"MANUFACTURED HOME." A dwelling unit, designed and built in a factory, which bears a seal certifying that it was build in compliance with the federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law of 1974 [42 U.S.C. 5401 et seq.]. (IC 36-7-4-1106 (a) (1))
"MOBILE HOME." Any vehicle, including the equipment sold as a part of a vehicle, which is so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon public streets or highways by either self- propelled or non self-propelled means, which is designed, constructed or re-constructed, or added to by means of an enclosed addition or room, in such manner as will permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons, and which is both used and occupied as a dwelling or sleeping place having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, skirting, or other temporary supports.
