§ 151.16 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Subject to the appeal provisions of this subchapter, if an owner or occupant fails to satisfy the obligation imposed in § 151.02, § 151.03 or § 151.04, after having been ordered to do so, whether the order is actually issued by the Board of Public Works and Safety, or a notice of the Enforcement Officer automatically becomes an order because no objection to that notice is made, such person may be fined as set forth in § 151.99. Each day in which any violations continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall be used to limit or change the liability of an owner or occupant of a building for damages imposed upon him or her in law or equity as a result of his or her willful or negligent conduct in the maintenance of an unsafe building.
