(A) Failure to comply or to prove intent to comply will cause the order of the Enforcement Officer or the Board of Public Works and Safety to be sent to City Court for judicial review.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
