§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Failure to comply or to prove intent to comply with the Enforcement Officer and the Board of Public Works and Safety order will be cited to City Court for judicial review.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 150.11, § 150.12, § 150.17, § 150.25, or § 150.26 may be subject to a fine of not more than $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
