§ 150.17 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Subject to the appeal provisions of this subchapter, if an owner or occupant, who is in violation of this subchapter, fails to satisfy the obligation imposed upon him or her by an order issued under this subchapter, whether the order is actually issued by the Board of Public Works and Safety or a notice of the Enforcement Officer automatically becomes an order because no objection to that notice is made, such person may be fined as set forth in § 150.99. Each day in which any violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall be used to limit or change the liability of an owner or occupant of a building for damages imposed upon him or her in law or equity as a result of his or her willful or negligent conduct in the maintenance of an unsafe building.
