§ 150.12 DUTIES OF TRUSTEES, AGENTS OR FIDICIARIES.
   (A)   Any person who has charge, care or control of any dwelling or dwelling unit as executor, executrix, trustee, receiver or guardian of an owner shall comply with the provisions of this chapter on behalf of the owner, to the same extent as if he or she were the owner, and may be held personally liable for any penalty imposed under this chapter. Nothing in this division shall be interpreted to impose a personal financial obligation to repair an unsafe building upon a person acting as a fiduciary for another.
   (B)   Any person acting as a fiduciary, trustee or agent for an owner shall promptly notify the owner of any order or notice issued by the Enforcement Officer, relating to the property of the owner, by means of a registered letter addressed to the owner at his or her last known address. Notice to the fiduciary shall be deemed notice to the owner.
